BioSo, this journal is pretty much my outlet for my two major concerns in life, which you are about to find incredibly stupid/sad: my ed, and my boy, C. Both drive me crazy, both make up my entire daily thoughts, both are sort of things I think about totally secretly, not wanting to share with my "friends", so I'm going to do it here.
I'm a year out of school, and I bartend/waitress, and I'm a personal assistant to a lady who runs a youth music organization. I stay pretty busy I guess, particularly because when I'm alone and doing nothing, my anxieties will really get the better of me. Somewhere in my head I feel really crappy about not having some cool job, seeing as I went to an Ivy school and everything - but I truly believe your job does not make you who you are. I hope that outside of work I am a good and generous person, who is open-minded and wants the best for the people around me, and that is more valuable than making gobs of money, or showing off a career to people.
On the outside I am outgoing, pretty trendy style-wise, all that stuff - on the inside I am a huge nerd, easily jealous, insecure, anxious... you know the drill.
I hope I'll meet some people here to be supportive of and supported by.... Feel free to add me, thanks!
